A. Withdrawal Instructions
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or self-employed professional activity.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the last item.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the day on which we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days after the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
General Information

Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return them in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. Use protective outer packaging where necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against damage during transport.

Please do not return goods with postage unpaid.

Please note that compliance with points 1 and 2 above is not a condition for validly exercising your right of withdrawal.
